I love Olive Branch Starbucks because they are very friendly. The service is fast and the store is always clean.

There are definitely better Starbucks in the area. This one is close to our house, but it's still not easy to access because the parking lot is so small with no access to the main road. The coffee is okay but it's inconsistent at best. Maybe I'm in a rut but I order the same thing every time - but it's never the same. There isn't a clover at this location. That's a shame. I've grown accustomed to the reserve coffees. The space inside is fine, but not as updated as other locations and small. Often, it could use a nice wipe down or sweeping. The staff is nice, but they don't go above and beyond.

My husband and I received a gift card from my parents so we decided to stop by one Saturday morning recently. I got an iced Carmel macchiato, which was delicious. My husband ordered the bacon and gouda artisan breakfast sandwich. We drove to the park 1/2 a mile away. My husband bit into his sandwich and the egg was completely frozen. We were a little disappointed.

This is a nice Starbucks, well at least from the drive through. We usually stop here after we leave seeing family in Memphis and on our way back to Atlanta. The drinks here are always consistent, which is great. My only problem is the location of this Starbucks, way in the corner off the main road is just terrible. If it was not for Google Maps, we would never find this place, as it is hard to see in that little corner/island. The pumpkin bread here was great, loved the ginger bread latte as well. The service here is good. My only suggestions to this location is lift up the starbucks sign so people can see the store from the hwy and please... please... use lid sticks. After driving off, some of our coffee spilled out from the lid and on to our middle console. Most Starbucks use the lid sticks, this one for some reason does not.

I travel around the country to a new city every week and visit at least two Starbucks in every place I go. This is by far the worst I have ever been to. The most unfriendly staff. We waited at the counter for at least five minutes before someone even acknowledged us. And there were A LOT of people working. And running back and forth behind the counter. I counted six employees. They seemed extremely unorganized. When she finally did greet us she wasn't even friendly she just said " what can I get you?" I started to order my drink and before I even finished she turned to another employee passing frantically and said " I have to go do drivethru. Can you do this?" Ok , no biggie. So the second lady took my drink order while a third one was writing it on a cup, the one taking our order left and said that the third one would finish our order. But she too disappeared to make my drink before my boyfriend even ordered his drink and before we even paid! And then a different person finished my drink and while she took my boyfriends order and then left again without saying anything before we even paid again. It was just so weird. And on top of all of this the soy milk they used in my drink was old and chunky. I thought for sure this must be a new location that hasn't gotten it down yet, but it seems this is not the case.

The staff is a little loud! My coffee was sitting on their counter for who knows how long before I asked about my drink, they never announced it! When I asked the guy behind the counter if the coffee sitting there was mine, he had a hard time figuring out that it was! A little frustrated with the wait and lack of customer service, I roll my eyes at him and he has enough nerve to complain about my eye rolling!

I've come here on several occasions over the last ten years that my family has lived in Olive Branch. But, recently, I've started hanging out here to use the WiFi and get work done when I'm away from home. This location, just off US 78, may have the friendliest staff of any Starbucks location I've visited in the US or abroad! Drive thru line is often long. While efficient, park and go inside if you have the time. But, you may need to park on the street. This place is popular at certain times if day. Kudos!

The drive thru is always busy during morning commute hours, so allow extra time if you're buzzing through on your way to the office. Great morning crew and drinks/food are always consistent. Cindy's my favorite barista. She's awesome!

As a frequent visitor to "Buckins" (that's what I call it) this location is one of my favorites. The staff is great, there are some really friendly, personable people working there. The only complaint I have is that they always seem to run out of my favorite banana walnut bread. The menu may be the same, but the atmospheres are different at each one. I'm rating the experience!
